School-Based Health Alliance School-Based Health Care Request for Applications (RFA) in Alaska
The School-Based Health Alliance (SBHA), in collaboration with the Alaska Department of Health, seeks applications to provide coordinated, culturally sensitive, developmentally appropriate, school-based health care in Alaska, that may include primary care, mental/behavioral health, outreach, equipment, telehealth, mobile unit, dental health care, and health promotion/education/wellness.
This mission centers on improving the health and well-being of children and youth by advocating for school-based health care and actively seeking to become an official state affiliate. SBHA, in turn, commits to collaborating closely with the emerging state affiliate, providing essential technical assistance to facilitate the attainment of official state affiliation. This partnership underscores the dedication to advancing the cause of school-based health care and fostering the growth of state-level infrastructure.
