This three-part e-learning series will equip health center staff with innovative strategies in service delivery, quality, and community engagement. The content focuses on increasing health center staff’s knowledge and skills related to culturally respectful care and adolescent-friendly health center environments. The series also include content on how to collaborate with youth to inform health center’s programs, care delivery model, and health outcomes measures. Through this series, health center staff will learn practices and innovations that provide new perspectives on relevant topics and strategies for improving services and operations.
