Director

Portfolio: Quality Research and Evaluation (QRE)

I believe that all young people should have access to the resources and support needed to achieve their goals. To me, school-based health care is a straightforward step toward young people’s success in and out of the classroom. I love that my role lets me use quantitative and qualitative data from the field to tell the school-based health story and support advocacy for more and better school-based health centers for students.

Day to day, you’ll find me somewhere between lots of meetings, spreadsheets, and report writing as I help us maintain our directory of school-based health center locations and capture their impact, lead quality improvement efforts, provide training and technical assistance on evaluation to the field, and work alongside my colleagues to evaluate School-Based Health Alliance-led programs.

Before joining SBHA in 2019, my work focused on maternal and adolescent reproductive health research. I hold a Master of Public Health in Behavioral Science and a Certificate in Maternal and Child Health from Emory University’s Rollins School of Public Health, and a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience from Hobart and William Smith Colleges. I became interested in school-based health care while serving in Title I schools with the AmeriCorps program City Year.

I’m based in Saratoga, New York, and enjoy making the most of every season with friends and family, whether skiing or swimming.
