Ngone Diop, BSN, RN, PMP®

Program Manager

I joined the School-Based Health Alliance in 2023 and have been dedicated to the healthcare field in inpatient and outpatient settings since 2012. Before my tenure at SBHA, I served at a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), coordinating mobile and telehealth services across multiple schools. In this role, I led and managed the development and expansion of school-based services, demonstrating my passion for working with youth, increasing access to care, and promoting health equity.

My expertise includes project management, intervention implementation, pediatric preventative care, and immigrant and refugee populations. I hold an active Registered Nurse license and graduated from the University of Illinois in Chicago with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N). Additionally, I hold a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI).

I work remotely from western Illinois, where I reside with my spouse and family. Outside of my professional responsibilities, I enjoy spending time outdoors with family and friends, traveling, exploring culinary experiences, and engaging with my community.
