2023 National School-Based Health Care Conference Highlights
June 26-28, 2023
We hosted our annual conference, themed “Celebrating and Growing the Workforce,” June 26-28, 2023, at American University Washington College of Law.
The conference featured keynote speakers as well as workshops with experts presenting about a wide range of topics. A big highlight was Department of Health and Human Services Secretary Xavier Becerra tweeting about his speech at our opening plenary. We’re very excited about that recognition of SBHCs! Attendees connected with fellow health care professionals, education professionals, and advocates across the nation to explore the innovative ways SBHCs serve their rural, urban, and suburban schools and communities by promoting wellness and health equity.
